Thomas and Friends (previously known as Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends) is a children's television series about the engines and other characters working on the railways of the Island of Sodor, and is based on The Railway Series books written by the Rev. W. Awdry.
This article lists and details episodes from the eleventh season of this series, which was first broadcast 3–12 September 2007. It is narrated by Michael Angelis, and re-narrated for American audiences by Michael Brandon. Starting in this season, the theme song is sung by the kids from the "Thomas and Friends" suite. This is the last season to be distributed by CPTV (the 1st few episodes, while the rest and future seasons are distributed by Thirteen WNET-New York).

Season 11 is the first in the series to be filmed in high-definition television format. The broadcast version only included 20 episodes, with six further episodes focusing on the narrow gauge engines on the Skarloey Railway released on DVD as Engines and Escapades. This is also the last season that uses models instead of CGI.

Six episodes involving the narrow gauge engines were released on a VHS/DVD called Engines and Escapades. Although they were produced and released closely to Series 11, they aired in the United States within the 500 production code range, otherwise containing only episodes of Series 12. |
Other characters introduced include a famous storyteller (Thomas and the Storyteller), a carpenter and an engineer (Gordon and the Engineer), an Italian magician (Smoke and Mirrors), and Cuffy the Clown (Ding-A-Ling).
